Reviews
Ignore the positive reviews. They are probably from people who work there. This place is terrible. The zombie paintball has you shooting at only one pretend "zombie". While they do have multiple haunted houses, they are of really poor quality. Actors are annoying and their costumes are laughable and not believable. You know you are desperate to hire "actors" when you have to hire kids to try to scare people in their Wal Mart costumes. The live music is beyond horrendous. I felt unsafe the entire time. I was scared, but not by the haunted houses. I was scared I'd be robbed or shot at this place. It's the fake positive reviews that had me check out the place and I regret my visit. This place shouldn't lie to get customers. I won't be going back.

I went with some friends and their family. It was so much fun! The haunted houses were pretty scary. My friends and their mom were scared big time. It was funny too. I had a blast. I think the Sanitarium was the most fun. We played some ring toss. Me and my bestfriend won a stuffed animal. It was lots of fun and was cool that we got to play some games. I got my face painted too! I would recommend this place too all my friends and family.

What a fun place. There was so much to do. Man was it good. This one, sanitorum, had all these crazy people and it was fun, scared my buddies (big babies). $5 for a beer, better price than a Texans game. And they have live music.
I would recommend screamfest to everybody.

I went with 3 of my friends, and It was a ton of fun. We had some beer and margaritas. I got some nachos. I got scared like 3 times, because I don't get scared easily. My friends on the other hand are scaredy cats. It was hilarious seeing them get scared and freaked out. I was laughing most of time because of my friends . It was great, definitely worth going. We got to hang out there and go in as many times as you want. That was a definite plus. Because most other haunted houses you only get to go in once. I will definitely be coming back with some more friends.

Live about twenty minutes from the place, wasn't hard to find was right off 45, lines weren't that bad, just a bunch of jumbled people kept slowing us down, favorite attraction was the Texas Chainsaw maze, would definitely recommend this haunted house Toca friend.

Long lines, way overpriced food, crappy games, horrible *horrible*music, claimed to give first responder discounts but ignored my work ID when presented at the front. Marginally better than ScreamWorld and Phobia due to sheer volume of things to do. Probably won't come back.

This place is absolutely spectacular. I took my family here and it was the scariest and funniest experience of my life. The music was great, it was so fun. The scariest thing was the chainsaw maze when I got chased by a guy with a chainsaw and my daughter fell and he actually cut his chainsaw off and made sure my daughter was okay.so they are pretty nice there too. In my opinion it was the best haunted house in houston.

ZERO zombies in the zombie paintball shoot maze. Not a shot fired... Lines where short until management pulled actors from haunted houses to block off lines, forcing visitors to watch MetroPCS promotions. (Main sponsor). What a waste of $70. This is not made up.
