This building was formerly the Jefferson Davis Hospital and it is believed to be haunted by the deceased patients. The site is said to be built over an 1800s cemetery where about 3,000 Civil War and yellow fever victims were buried. Before it was turned into a loft complex, people reported seeing shadowy figures, feelings of being watched and the scent of sterilization products. It is unclear if the ghost haunt the lofts to this day.
