The Crockett Hotel - San Antonio TX Real Haunts

  • 320 Bonham
  • San Antonio, TX
  • (210) 225-6500
The historic Crockett Hotel is right across from The Alamo (another haunted destination of San Antonio) and was once the site of some of the bloodiest battles in Texas. One of these battles was the infamous Battle of the Alamo in 1836. Many believe that the ghosts that haunt the hotel are those who fought in this battle and their souls have remained on the grounds.

Some haunting reports include the unusual sounds of chanting in the hallways, the sounds of disembodied footsteps, and horses' hooves. Others have reported hearing doors open and shut on their own, orbs that have been seen in photos, and guests frequently report feeling cold spots dance over their skin. The most haunted places in The Crockett Hotel are said to be the bar, lobby, guest rooms and executive offices.
