This hall tells a ghostly story of a janitor who died after stashing his money somewhere in the building. Another story tells of a female student who was murdered by her boyfriend at a tea party held by the dean in the 1930s or 1940s. A third story tells of a professor who murdered a student he impregnanted to cover his dirty deed. It has been said that a phantom car drives up to the building at 3 or 4 AM, and a ghostly girl gets out and walks around Seamon Hall, in search of her killer.
